How Do I Earn Points
Club Crowne Members earn 200 award points per room, per night used
when the reservations are confirmed with a Club Crowne number.
Sorry, points will not be awarded to cancelled or No Show
reservations. Points may also be
accumulated on behalf of your company!

How Do I Make
Reservations
1. Simply call our Reservations Department at 714/ 867-5555
2. Identify yourself as a Club Crowne Member and give us the
following information:
Your Name
The Dates of the Reservation
Your Company
The Name of the Guest
The Method of Payment
3. Make sure to
give us your Club Crowne Number to ensure accurate credit for your
award points.
Only the member will
be awarded the points, unless the points
assignment has been designated
to your company.
OR
Click on the Club Crown
OnLine Reservations Link, and complete a
secure reservation request. You will need your Corporate ID#
to assure the correct Club Crowne rates. If you do not remember
your Corporate ID#

How Do I Redeem My Points
Periodically you will receive Club Crowne Point Updates along with
a redemption form. Simply fill out the form and mail or fax back
to your Club Crowne Sales Manager. Please allow 2 weeks for
delivery of American Express Gift Cheques or South Coast Plaza
Gift Checks.
